Catholic Charities Worcester County’s Immigration Legal Assistance Program is dedicated to meeting the needs of recent immigrants in the Worcester County, Massachusetts area.
Our program is committed to providing holistic and culturally competent legal representation to foreign-born individuals. We offer representation before various government agencies, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the U.S. Department of Justice.
Our team is well-versed in a wide range of immigration petitions and processes, such as immigrant and non-immigrant visas, family-based immigration, citizenship assistance, adjustment of status, humanitarian immigration relief, and removal defense.
